The ClearTone Pro is a Personal Sound Amplification Product (PSAP). It is NOT an FDA/MAS-approved hearing aid and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or mitigate any disease or severe hearing loss. If you suspect hearing loss, consult a licensed audiologist immediately.

Due to health, hygiene standards, and digital licensing protocols, all sales of ClearTone Pro Earbuds and associated software suites are final. Zero returns are permitted once the digital software box seal is broken or the Cloud API is activated via the deep link.

AI neural noise processing may occasionally misclassify environmental sounds or inadvertently mask critical safety warnings (such as sirens, vehicle horns, or fire alarms). Furthermore, sudden Bluetooth drops or DSP feedback loops may cause sudden volume spikes. You fully assume all risks of potential hearing fatigue, tinnitus exacerbation, or acoustic shock.

We accept ZERO joint liability for accidents, falls, personal injuries, or digital damages resulting from audio misinterpretation, hardware mismatch, or algorithmic hallucinations. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable commercial law, our aggregate total liability across all domains is strictly capped at $0.00.

The cloud API keys are cryptographically bound to your headset's physical MAC address. Transfer, resale, or sublicensing of the software license is prohibited. Attempting to spoof hardware signatures or bypass security handshakes will result in an immediate, unappealable lifetime IP and hardware block.

By acknowledging these terms and utilizing the DSP application, you consent to anonymized audio telemetry and localized DSP parameter adjustments being piped to our central cloud servers for continuous AI model training. You irrevocably waive any financial or intellectual property claims derived from the insights generated by this data pool.

We retain absolute authority to terminate software access at our sole discretion, without prior warning and without refund, if our automated threat-hunting systems detect API abuse, reverse-engineering attempts, or circumvention of our licensing protocols.

This service and agreement are exclusively drafted and governed under the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any legal proceedings or business disputes must occur strictly within binding individual arbitration in Singapore, waiving any rights to class action lawsuits or public jury trials.

ClearTone is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. No oral or written information or advice given by us shall create a warranty.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless DZ Digital, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt arising from: (a) your use or misuse of the application; (b) your violation of any term of this agreement; (c) any claim that your use of ClearTone caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of this agreement and your use of the service.

ClearTone is intended solely for users aged 18 years and older. By using this application, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18, you may only use ClearTone under the direct supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these terms.
